Yeah, the site worked fine for me. It was easy enough to figure out and I didn’t really have any issues using it.

It looked okay when it arrived. Nothing damaged or weird. Just... plain. Not bad, not special either. Kind of what I expected, I guess.

I can’t remember every little detail, but I do remember how lovely it smelled. It has that natural, not-too-perfumey scent that I really like, and it just feels nice to use...

I’ve ordered from valentte a few times now and I always end up finding something nice. There’s such a good mix of bits, candles, diffusers, hand cream, gift boxes, all in different scents, so it makes picking gifts really easy without having to search around for ages. I’ve been really happy with everything so far... definitely one I keep coming back to.

I had a small issue with my Valentte order because one item was missing from the box. I was a bit worried at first, mainly because I didn’t want to end up out of pocket or having to chase for something I’d already paid for. I emailed customer service and got a reply the next day, which was faster than I was expecting.

They sorted it without making it awkward and sent the missing item out to me. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that I would’ve liked a dispatch update a little sooner, just for peace of mind, but overall they were friendly and got it fixed.

I ordered a diffuser and a hand cream from Valentte and they both feel really good quality. The scent isnt weak or fake at all, it actually lingers around the room for ages which I was really pleased about.

The packaging was nice and neat too, and nothing arrived damaged. I’ve bought cheaper ones before and you can definately tell the difference. Really happy with it and I’d order again.

I really liked the scent when I first lit it. It has a lovely smell and the candle itself looks nice. But the burn was, well, it just wasn’t very even for me. I left it going for a while and still noticed some tunneling. It’s definitely still usable, I just expected a little better quality for the price.

I saved a decent bit of money, which was really nice. I just wish the promos lasted a little longer because they’re super easy to miss.

I ordered a couple of bits from valentte and then realised one of them just wasn’t for me. It was completely my own fault, I’d picked the wrong scent.

I emailed them about sending it back and they replied quickly with clear instructions. I posted it off, the refund landed a few days later and I didn’t have to chase anyone.

I thought it would be more of a faff, it was all really straightforward. I’d happily order from them again.
